Together, you will explore three calming spring spaces designed to help busy minds slow down and tired hearts feel lighter.
🌅 We begin with The Gentle Thaw, a mindfulness meditation set in a quiet field at the edge of winter. Frozen ground slowly softens under patient sunlight, and you are invited to notice where you, too, might be ready to ease, soften, and begin again in small and steady ways.
🦔 Next, you’ll meet Matilda Crabapple in The Hedgehog who slept a little longer, a deeply soothing sleepy story meditation. Matilda wakes to discover spring has already begun and worries she has missed her moment, only to learn that the season makes space for everyone. With soft forest imagery, gentle pacing, and a sense of belonging, this meditation is designed to encourage contentment and restful sleep.
🌸 Finally, we visit a Beautiful orchard in Cherry Blossom Loving Kindness , a compassion meditation set among cherry blossom trees in full bloom. Petals drift on the breeze as you practise sending warmth inward and outward, discovering that kindness, like blossom, travels further than we ever see.
This episode is ideal for easing anxiety, supporting emotional reset, improving sleep, and reconnecting with a quiet sense of possibility.
