When you Fish upon a Star
Jomo the Meditation Monkey is back! In this episode, Jomo guides us on a calming journey through three easy-to-follow meditations. Whether you’re looking for peace, clarity, or a touch of happiness, Jomo’s got you covered.
We start with a classic mindfulness meditation with a little fishy twist called The River of your mind, where thoughts, feelings and emotions are fish of all shapes and sizes in our heads.
Then in The Starry Night we slip into a dreamy visualisation sleep story—tonight, we’re off to France in as we wander round scenes inspired by the Artist Vincent Van Gough.
Finally, we’ll end the evening with a heartwarming Loving Kindness Meditation, designed to wrap you up in a cocoon of warmth before bed.
